Don’t Let Life Drain You

Don’t Let Life Drain You

Why do some people, situations and even our own thoughts leave us feeling so depleted?

Without realising it, we can lose energy through overthinking, absorbing the moods of others, trying to meet everyone’s expectations and continuing to carry situations long after they have passed.

Join Sister Waddy from Miami for an insightful evening exploring the hidden ways our energy is spent—and how we can begin to reclaim it.

Discover how to clear emotional clutter, remain steady around demanding people, give without becoming depleted and respond to pressure with greater clarity and self-command. Drawing on a lifetime of meditation and spiritual understanding, Sister Waddy will share practical ways to preserve our inner resources and restore strength from within.

The evening will include a short talk, guided meditation, opportunities for reflection and sharing in small groups.

An evening to pause, clear the mental noise and rediscover where your energy truly belongs.
