A space for stillness, growth and meaningful connection.
Inner Space Glasgow is a welcoming meditation and personal development space, managed by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK). For over four decades our courses and events have been offered across Glasgow in libraries, community centres, hotels and even prisons — making spiritual learning accessible to all.
From High Street to Bridgeton
In 2009, the first Inner Space Glasgow opened on Glasgow High Street, creating a dedicated environment for reflection and growth. The centre later moved to Shettleston in 2021, and since January 2024, Inner Space has been based at Red Tree Bridgeton, where it continues to serve the local community.
When I change, the world changes.
A supportive framework for a life-changing experience.
Rather than focusing on changing others or external circumstances, the emphasis is on transforming one’s own consciousness — creating a positive ripple effect in the world around us.
By exploring the fundamental question, “Who am I?”, individuals can develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-mastery. This understanding helps people move beyond blame and limitation, fostering personal responsibility and inner clarity.
As spiritual awareness deepens, it opens the door to a more meaningful way of living — where the present moment is truly experienced as a gift.
