How do we stay steady when the world around us feels uncertain, demanding or difficult to understand?
This Friday evening offers time to step out of the usual rush and give attention to something we often neglect: the quality of our inner life.
Sister Maureen Goodman, Programme Director for Brahma Kumaris UK, is a warm and experienced teacher of Raja Yoga meditation. She will share practical spiritual insights on how to quieten the mind, strengthen the heart and respond to life with greater clarity and compassion.
The evening will include a short talk, guided meditation, small group reflection and a peaceful closing meditation.
A meaningful way to spend your Friday evening: uplifting yourself, reconnecting with what matters, and taking away simple practices for everyday life.
All are welcome. No previous meditation experience needed.
Arrivals are welcome from 6.30pm onwards, with the option to sit quietly for some relaxing, peaceful meditation before the evening begins at 7.00pm.
