Self –Progress…How do we upgrade ourselves?

How do we change our attitude when things come in front us that we do not like?

Change will always take place, nothing is constant, and nothing stays the same. 

Even our bodies go through changes. 

Sometimes we hold onto something – we do not want to change.

Sometimes our attitude is rigid & do not want to change it. 

How do we move beyond fear and become flexible.

In order for progress to take place, I had to change my attitude.
