CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION CHANGING FOOD SYSTEMS

Consider the miracle of how the Earth has generously regenerated and sustained life for millennia. Now that the resources of our planet are diminishing, it needs our support and mindfulness in the way we consume and how we live our lives.

Come with us on a journey of discovery as we learn about the importance of our attitude towards food. For example, gratitude and appreciation of food, create abundance and protect the environment from further exploitation.

We will be exploring nature’s process of transformation and what we can learn about how, through our attitude, we can transform the energetic quality of food for the benefit of allages.
