What is Raja Yoga Meditation?
Raja Yoga is often described as yoga for the mind. It is an open-eyed meditation practice that focuses on self-awareness, elevated thinking and a personal connection with the Divine. There are no physical postures or rituals — just simple, powerful thoughts that can be practised in everyday life.
The Brahma Kumaris is a worldwide organisation, founded in 1937 and now active in over 110 countries, dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal through meditation.
Everyone needs peace.
Come and rediscover yours.
