There are thoughts, feelings, words and actions I would prefer not to express.
How do I finish old patterns of thinking?
I simply don’t give space to negative ways of thinking.
If they pop up I don’t sustain them by focusing my attention there.
I will not allow them to grow into feelings, words and actions.
We’re all different so I just need to understand my own particular way of thinking .
When I calm down I can see my thoughts clearly.
