Communication: Less “blah blah blah” more benefit!
Sometimes it can be difficult to let others know how we feel.
We use a lot of words, but often find we haven’t actually said much, or the other person hasn’t understood our message. Then there is a tendency to use more words, which can make the situation worse, sometimes hurting others’ feelings.
A few well-chosen words are sweet to hear, and do not hurt others.
When my words are to the point, I feel light and free.
“Lightness comes when words are accurate.”
